Co-Founders of Mind Guard Group
At Mind Guard Group, we are united by a shared mission: to create mentally healthier, safer, and more productive workplaces through expert-led support in psychosocial safety and employee well-being.
Carolina is a counsellor, program facilitator, and leadership coach with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and organisations. She specialises in addressing psychosocial hazards and building resilient, inclusive workplace cultures that align with current mental health legislation.
Paula is a communications strategist and WHS advocate with a background in the mining industry, internal and external communications, and stakeholder engagement. Her strength lies in translating complex safety concepts into clear, impactful messaging that drives change and connection across teams.
Together, we combine deep mental health expertise and strategic communication to help businesses move beyond compliance and toward lasting cultural transformation.
